1. The Promoter of this competition is Dental Stars Pty Ltd (DS), c/- PO Box 588, Buninyong VIC 3357.

2. Entry is open to owners and employees aged 18 years and over of dental or specialist dental practices in Australia.

3. The competition is held in Sydney, specifically at the ADX Sydney 2026 Conference, and runs from 10:00 am on 26 March 2026 until 6:00 pm on 28 March 2026.

4. The prize is a chance to win either Bose QuietComfort Headphones (Black), priced at $500; Apple iPad (A16) Wi‑Fi 128 GB – Silver, priced at $529; or Apple Watch Series 11 GPS 46mm Jet Black Aluminium Case with Black Sport Band, priced at $599, purchased by the Promoter.

5. This competition is a game of chance, not skill.

6. To enter the competition, eligible entrants must complete a digital entry form during the period stated in item 3 above at the DS stand at the ADX Sydney 2026 Conference.

7. A maximum of two (2) entries per person per day is allowed.

8. All entrants will be added to the DS email list, with an easy opt-out option available.

9. The competition winner will be randomly selected by the Promoter at its workplace on 2 April 2026 at 1:45 pm and announced via email or phone call to the winner (the “Announcement”).

10. The Promoter will make multiple efforts to contact the competition winner using the contact details provided on the entry form, including phone call, text message, and email.

11. If the Promoter cannot contact the original competition winner within 21 days of the Announcement, the Promoter may randomly select another competition winner from the original entrant pool and make a further Announcement via phone or email. In this instance, the timeframes and efforts outlined in items 9 and 10 above will apply to the new competition winner.

12. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

13. A valid entry to the competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

14. The laws of Victoria, Australia, excluding its conflict of law rules, shall govern these terms and conditions.
